18. WHERE GRADE PERMITS

Grandview Homes communities are actively under development. Purchasers acknowledge that construction activity — including noise, dust, equipment operation, and road closures — may continue in and around the community after occupancy. Grandview Homes cannot guarantee the absence of construction-related disruptions.

22. MODEL & SHOW HOMES

Model homes and show homes may feature optional upgrades, finishes, and décor items that are not included as standard features and are not included in the purchase price of your home. Features shown are for illustrative purposes only. Please refer to your Agreement of Purchase and Sale for a complete list of standard inclusions.

23. SITE PLANS & COMMUNITY MAPS

All site plans and community maps depict a preliminary conceptual layout submitted for municipal approval. Road alignments, lot configurations, park locations, easements, and surrounding land uses shown on any site plan are approximate and subject to municipal and engineering approval. They may not reflect final conditions and are subject to change without notice. Future roads, adjacent development, and land uses beyond the subject lands are not represented.

24. REALTOR CO-OPERATION PROGRAM

Realtor co-operation programs, broker bonuses, and related offers are not transferable, are subject to eligibility requirements, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Registration of a realtor client must occur prior to the client's first sales office visit to qualify.
